Emergency personnel responded to a single vehicle accident located on SR 13 near Harkless Drive in Syracuse. Syracuse EMS, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and Syracuse Police Department responded to the scene. The vehicle rolled over as a result of the crash.
