• Gregory P. Scheffer, 53, 4701 N. SR 13, Leesburg, arrested for strangulation and domestic battery. Bond: $10,000 surety.
• Ashley N. Johnson, 31, 2555 E. 225 South, Warsaw, arrested for OWI with a BAC of .15 or more. Bond: $550 cash.

Nov. 7

• Brandon Thomas Woody, 22, 605 W. North Street, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear on a felony charge. No Bond.
