SYRACUSE – A nice start to the Wawasee freshman basketball season got a little better Monday night in a 41-27 win over West Noble.

Ryan Edington had a monster game for the Warriors, scoring 16 points to lead all scorers while Dalton Pearish added four points and nine rebounds in the win.

Wawasee moves to 2-0 this season with the win and will travel to Albion Thursday for a date with Central Noble.
