A Middlebury woman was killed Tuesday, Dec. 16, in a three vehicle accident at the intersection of US 20 and CR 33. Police and fire crews responded at 11:48 a.m. after a vehicle slowing down to turn was struck from the rear, pushing it into the path of a semi head-on.
