5:20 p.m.: According to Indiana State Police at the scene, a two vehicle collision occurred when one vehicle failed to yield the right of way at the intersection of US 30 and N. 800 West. There were four minor injuries reported. An investigation is still ongoing.

INITIAL REPORT: At approximately 4:45 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17, emergency personnel were dispatched to US 30 near N. 800 West near Atwood for an automobile accident with report of injuries.
