PLYMOUTH — On Tuesday, July 24, officers conducted an operation in Plymouth resulting in the arrest of Victor Yakas, 58, for dealing in a narcotic drug. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a $25,000 bond. Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team officers also arrested Stanley Hite, 53, for possession of methamphetamine.
