KOSCIUSKO — Detectives with the Indiana State Police are conducting a death investigation after a body was found.

Around 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, Indiana Conservation Officers located the body of a deceased male in the Tippecanoe River in Kosciusko County near SR 10 and SR 19.

Positive identification has not been made at this time and an autopsy is scheduled to be conducted to determine the manner of death. This is an ongoing investigation and there is no other information to release at this time.
