Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

7:05 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, North SR 15 and West CR 1350N, Milford. Driver: Ruben C. Galvan, 46, East CR 1150N, Milford. Lost control of his vehicle on black ice and struck a guardrail. Damage up to $5,000.
