At approximately 5:45 a.m Sunday, Nov. 9, emergency personnel were called to US 30 near 900 East for a single-vehicle automobile accident.

A vehicle in the eastbound lane of US 30 exited the roadway on the shoulder, coming to a rest in a field near the road.

The driver was transported to Lutheran Hospital. More information will be added as it comes available.
