At 10:07 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30, Sandra Moore, 68, of Etna Green, was southbound on an alley, perpendicular to Market Street, between the offices of The Papers Inc. and MudLOVE. Moore stated she thought traffic was clear on Market and attempted to exit the alley.

In doing so, she pulled out in front of a red passenger car driven by Linda Tinkey, 55, of Warsaw, resulting in a collision. After being hit, Moore’s vehicle hit a parked car and came to a rest on the sidewalk in front of 121 A W. Market Street.

Both drivers were treated and released by EMS at the scene. No major injuries were reported. Damage was estimated up to $10,000.
