WARSAW — The Lakeview seventh grade boys basketball team reeled in the Tiger Invite title Saturday afternoon.

SYRACUSE — For the second year in a row both the Wawasee boys and girls swimming teams won their home invites.

GOSHEN – The Warsaw girls and boys swim teams each posted two wins on Saturday.

MIDDLEBURY – The Warsaw wrestling team competed in the Northridge Raider Super Duals on Saturday.

SOUTH BEND – The Lakeland Christian Academy girls basketball team topped South Bend Trinity 49-47 on Saturday.

SYRACUSE – Wawasee endured Whitko in a double overtime thriller, 54-47, Saturday night in boys basketball.

BENTON – NorthWood had no trouble in knocking off Fairfield 69-35 Saturday night in boys hoops.

WALKERTON – It took 40 minutes to separate Tippecanoe Valley and John Glenn, the Falcons coming out on top 66-62 in double overtime Saturday night in boys basketball.

FULTON – Triton had its defense working in a 62-22 girls basketball win at Caston Saturday night.

SYRACUSE — The Wawasee girls basketball team picked up its first conference win of the season and halted a four-game losing streak with a decisive victory over visiting Goshen Friday night.

WARSAW – A tough night all the way around saw Warsaw drop a 34-31 final to Lake Central in boys basketball action Friday night.

ROYAL CENTER – Triton won the traveling HNAC trophy after beating Pioneer, 44-41, Friday night in boys basketball.

NAPPANEE – A roaring start for NorthWood sent the girls basketball squad to a 51-31 win at The Pit against visiting Elkhart Memorial.

PORTAGE- A fine finish carried the Lakeland Christian Academy boys basketball team to a 55-48 win at Portage Christian Friday night.

WINONA LAKE – Standout libero Caylie Teel was named an All-American to cap off a tremendous season for Grace’s volleyball team.
