In what was described by Wawasee’s coaches as the team’s “best defensive game of the season” the Wawasee boys freshman team moved to 4-0 on the year following a 37-21 thumping of Goshen Thursday night. No stats were reported for the team.

The Warriors will travel to Warsaw next Thursday.

Girls Basketball

Wawasee’s girls freshmen defeated Goshen 27-22 Thursday night to move to 3-1 on the year.

Jadison Rostochak led Wawasee with nine points while Maddison Mottern added eight for the Warriors. Jaylene Carrana led Goshen with eight points.
