According to officials at the scene the accident was caused by one vehicle disregarding the stop sign at the intersection. Saturday night was a magical night in North Webster as Santa made an appearance to light the town’s Christmas tree and welcome in the holiday season.

Today wasn’t Atwood Firefighter’s Mike Blair’s birthday. It was actually Friday, Nov. 14, the same day as Mamie Eisenhowers. Yet today’s celebration of his 67 years was just as special and a big surprise.

Warsaw Fire Department is currently responding to a vehicle fire at 2005 East Market Street in Warsaw. The fire was reportedly the result of an effort to jump start the car’s battery. The fire is under control and no one was injured.

According to officials on scene, a 37-year old female was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for complaints of pain to both legs.
