Icy road conditions due to a heavy frost cause an accident on SR 19, north of SR 10 at 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 26.

Alissa D. Dolbee, 38, North CR 700W, Warsaw, and a passenger in her vehicle, Alayna Cooper, 14, North CR 700W, Warsaw, were transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Both individuals complained of pain to the neck.

Dolbee was southbound on SR 19 when her vehicle slid off the road down an embankment and rolling over, landing on its wheels. Damage was estimated up to $10,000.

INITIAL: Emergency personnel are currently responding to an accident on SR 19 north of SR 10.

Two individuals were injured in the crash and have been transported to an area hospital.
