Lynwood Drive, Syracuse, has been released from jail on his own recognizance, with conditions, after entering pleas of guilty to five of 13 charges in Kosciusko Superior Court 1. WARSAW — At approximately 4:25 p.m. today, May 22, emergency responders were dispatched to a moped-vehicle accident at the Intersection of Fort Wayne and Indiana streets in Warsaw. Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory, Lutheran EMS and Warsaw Police Department responded to the accident. The driver of the moped was transported by ambulance to Fort Wayne.
