WARSAW — A local man was arrested for indecent exposure after officers received several reports of him exposing his erect penis to random females.

Parker Nelson, 22, 307 Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw, was booked for indecent exposure, a class C misdemeanor.
On May 23, an officer with the Syracuse Police Department was dispatched to Crossroads Bank for a report of a suspicious vehicle. A female employee reported the she had been followed from North Webster to multiple locations in Syracuse by a GMC van with a male driver. The suspect had followed her to work and drove by multiple times. She was able to observe the suspect wearing a blue shirt.
While the officer was talking with the bank employee, the officer was also dispatched to the Dollar General parking lot for a report of a male in a gold van exposing himself to a female. When the officer arrived on scene, he located a gold GMC minivan with a white male wearing a blue shirt sitting in the driver’s seat.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, the suspect identified himself as Nelson and stated he was waiting on a coworker to pick him up for work. The officer then asked Nelson to exit the vehicle. He was wearing the blue shirt described by the female and black gym shorts. When asked again why he was in the parking lot, Nelson said he was waiting on his girlfriend to pick him up.
The female who was at Dollar General told the officer that she was returning to her vehicle parked in the front row of parking spaces. She began placing items into her vehicle and noticed a male subject moving back and forth in the passenger seat of the van. The passenger door of the vehicle was open and the male subject was laid back looking at her through the center door window. According to the female, Nelson had the right leg of his gym shorts pulled all the way up and his erect penis was out in plain view.
Nelson did not move or make an attempt to cover himself up when the female looked away. Instead, he continued to stare at the female. It was not until the female began to drive away that she observed Nelson shut the door of the van.
Nelson denied exposing himself to a female and the officer placed him under arrest.
Three other incidents of indecent exposure were discovered after Nelson’s arrest. On May 23, there were two separate incidents in North Webster involving a man with a similar van exposing himself. One of the incidents occurred at CVS. Nelson was parked beside the female when he whistled and motioned for the female to look at him. He had the leg of his shorts pulled up in a similar fashion as already reported. On May 29, neighbors reported that Nelson was exposing his private parts in North Webster.
