MILFORD — Milford Fire Department has been called to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at SR 15 and CR 1350N.

ELKHART COUNTY — Alexia Emahiser, 20, Syracuse, suffered lacerations and abrasions to her face in a three vehicle accident in Elkhart County. The accident was at 2:35 p.m. today, Wednesday, Oct. 28, on US 33, south of CR 40, south of Goshen.

WARSAW — A misdemeanor theft charge against an Indianapolis man was enhanced to a level 6 felony after it was learned he had been convicted on conversion in 2015. He also faces three other charges including two charges of battery by bodily waste, both level six felonies, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor.

MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a 911-emergency call at 8:21 a.m. today, Friday, Oct. 23, from a motorist advising of a road rage incident in the area of US 31 and 14C Road. The report was a motorist was ramming his vehicle into another vehicle causing damage.

PLYMOUTH — A police officer and a suspect were injured after a chase in Plymouth Thursday afternoon. The suspect was taken to to the hospital and later released.
