Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

6:19 Tuesday, Oct. 20, Gwendolyn C. Huffman contacted police in reference to a lost prescription in the 9400 block of Claypool. The medication was later located.
5:44 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, Carolyn E. Taylor reported criminal mischief, a probation violation and tobacco law violation in reference to a juvenile at 11529 N. SR 13, Syracuse.
