PLYMOUTH — Alexander C. Oakley, 21, Plymouth, was arrested by Plymouth Police after a theft was reported at Mooney Ice Cream Parlor, 309 E. Jefferson St., Plymouth.

Oakley was booked in the Marshall County Jail on misdemeanor theft charges. His bond is set at $1,500 cash.

Police were called to the business on Wednesday, Oct. 21, for a report that a theft had occurred on Oct. 15. It was after further investigation that Oakley was arrested.
