PLYMOUTH — Alexander C. Oakley, 21, Plymouth, was arrested by Plymouth Police after a theft was reported at Mooney Ice Cream Parlor, 309 E. Jefferson St., Plymouth. He was booked in the Marshall County Jail on misdemeanor theft charges.
