Emergency personnel responded to a reported shed fire located at 208 East Catholic St., Pierceton. According to Reporter Jarrett Van Meter, the fire began as a result of a minor smoking inside the shed. No animals or individuals were reportedly harmed as a result of the fire.  

A grandson upset with a grandfather ransacked the home then blamed someone else. However, after coming clean with police, he now faces charges for his actions.
