Turkey Creek Fire and EMS, Syracuse Police Department and the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to a three-vehicle accident occurring on SR 13 south of Syracuse, near Ideal Beach Drive and the Pine Terrace Condos. Approximate time of the accident was 11:20 a.m.
First responders, health care workers and the general public were all beneficiaries of a meal giveaway that started at noon Thursday, May 7.
As part of the “Syracuse Strong” initiative, the town’s chamber of commerce and several businesses teamed up to prepare a variety of healthy meals for distribution.
MILFORD — Following a foot pursuit and search, a man was arrested in Milford and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail early Thursday morning, April 2. Jonathan Kent Quillen, 34, giving an address of 1495 E. Dove Lane, Milford, was booked for intimidation, leaving the scene of a hit and run accident and habitual offender.
