Syracuse

Officers from the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

  • 2:21 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 1200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Police reported to the Wilby’s gas station to investigate the use of a counterfeit $20 bill.

Warsaw

Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

  • 4:24 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28, 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. Police responded to the Joshua Patton residence to investigate the theft of a wallet.
  • 3:46 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28, 600 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. Police responded to the Mark Young residence to investigate the theft of a blue 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe. Value: $7,000.
  • 8:28 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, 700 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Police responded to the Robin Clark-Stone residence to investigate the theft of a 2005 Ford Taurus.
  • 7:47 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, 1500 block of East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Police responded to the Wesley Lantz residence to investigate the theft of a laptop computer and $20 from a vehicle. Total value: $1,520.
  • 9:32 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Police reported to Walmart to investigate a theft. A shopping cart with $249 worth of household goods was pushed out a fire exit door.
