Officers from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 100 block of West State Street, Etna Green. Police responded to the Amanda Ewing residence to investigate an invasion of privacy.
• 4:36 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 6600 block of West CR 500S, Mentone. Police responded to the William Hunt residence to investigate the theft of a package from a door step. Taken were Nike shoes. Value: $150.
• 8:11 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, 3900 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Police responded to the Denis Miller residence to investigate damage to a parked vehicle.
• 9:32 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, 100 block of South Main Street, Sidney. Police took a report of criminal mischief done to two soft drink vending machines. Damage: $2,000. 

Syracuse

Officers from the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 8:47 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 11200 block of North Syracuse Webster Road, Syracuse. Police responded to a report of a found trailer, valued at $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 9:50 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16, 100 block of St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw. Police investigated an animal bite report.
• 10:13 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Police responded to Walmart to investigate a report of shoplifting of $50.39 worth of merchandise.
• 4:06 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 300 block of South High Street, Warsaw. Police responded to the Levi Bouck residence to investigate the theft of cash and a cell phone SD card. Value: $176.
• 2:38 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 700 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Police responded to the Goble Shepherd, Jr. residence to investigate the theft of $150 worth of tools.
• 8:57 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 700 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. Police responded to the Philip Compson residence to investigate a theft of a ball cap and work gloves from a motor vehicle. 
• 7:50 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 200 block of North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. Police responded to the Elizabeth Justice residence to investigate the theft of a bicycle.
• 7:58 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, 3600 block of Portage Road, South Bend. Kimberly Clemons reported fraudulent charges on her Meijer card. Damage: $1,741.74.
