The work has been postponed until mid- to late September due to Norfolk Southern Railroad scheduling conflicts.

The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that SR 13 in North Manchester, between Briarwood and Hillcrest Drive, was scheduled to be closed at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, to rebuild the railroad crossing, but that closure has been cancelled.

Road work for the new Meijer store in Warsaw is under way and, according to Warsaw Assistant City Planner Tim Dombrosky, the work is so far on schedule.
