The Indiana Department of Transportation announced today that the bridge construction project on U.S. 6 over Wagner Ditch, between CR 56 and CR 15, approximately 2 miles east of Nappanee, is mostly complete. Width restrictions are no longer in effect in the construction zone and the temporary traffic signal has been removed.

The remainder of the work for this contract will be completed with intermittent, alternating lane restrictions during daytime hours, under the direction of flaggers. These daytime restrictions are expected to continue until end of the day on Friday, weather permitting. Motorists should slow down in this area and be prepared to stop.
