A road sign at U.S. 30 and State Road 109 in Columbia City is hanging from the traffic lights by one cable and blowing in the wind. It appears it could fall at any moment and local 911 centers are receiving multiple calls about the problem.

INDOT has been advised and is enroute to make repairs.
