WINONA LAKE – Grace’s women’s tennis team started its season off with a 7-2 victory against IU Kokomo on Friday.

NAPPANEE – A fast start carried Class 4-A No. 1 NorthWood to a 42-0 rout of Fairfield Friday night.

WINONA LAKE – At the 2017 Lancer Classic, Grace’s volleyball team took down No. 22 Lourdes 3-1 at the MOCC.

LANSING, Mich. – Buddy Reed and G.K. Young both homered in an 11-3 win for the TinCaps on the road against the Lansing Lugnuts Friday night.

VALPARAISO – LCA lost 2-1 at Victory Christian Academy Friday night in boys soccer.

LEESBURG — The Steve Dodds Charity Golf Event to benefit the Cancer Care Fund of Kosiusko County will take place Sept. 11 with two different shotgun starts.

WINONA LAKE — “Actually, I was probably better known as a basketball player than a pitcher back in those days,” said Roy. “At that time, you had to commit to one sport to play professionally, and I knew that I wanted to give baseball a shot.”
