Three people were arrested in a raid by Kosciusko County SWAT Tuesday, July 28, at 9811 N. Majestic Way, Syracuse, on the south side of Lake Wawasee. The raid was the result of an extensive NET43 investigation based upon numerous reports of alleged narcotics activity at that location.

Five witnesses testified in the third day of a jury trial for Courtney Kincaid, who is accused of severely injuring a Pierceton infant who later died from her injuries.

The cause of a fire that occurred Sunday afternoon, July 26, is still under investigation, according to the Plain Township Fire Captain.

Twelve jury members and two alternates were selected Monday, July 27, in the first day of what is expected to be a five-day jury trial over the April 2018 death of a Pierceton infant.

An Albion man will serve 10 years in prison for dealing methamphetamine to an undercover officer on two occasions.

A Warsaw man will serve three years in prison after a fatal shooting in October 2019.
