• 4:56 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2500 block West Side Drive, Warsaw. KCSO was contacted about a restraining order violation.

Warsaw 

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 3:49 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, 3000 block Old Colony Road, Warsaw. Misuse of 911 emergency telephone system. 

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 4:59 p.m. Monday, July 27, West CR 200N and North CR 300W, Rochester. Police were notified that a shed was broken into, scales and other items were taken.
• 4:56 p.m. Monday, July 27, 1600 block North Meridian Road, Rochester. An XBox 360 and cell phone were taken from a residence.
