Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following accidents:

• 3:50 p.m. Monday, July 13. On North SR 19, north of West CR 900N, Warsaw. Drivers: Sabino Barriga Cisneros, 40, Fenmore Ave., Goshen; and Steven J. Gearhart, 38, Prairie Lane, Nappanee. Cisneros was traveling behind Gearhart and cites being distracted by his GPS which led to him hitting the back of Gearhart’s vehicle. Damages up to $25,000.
• 2:58 p.m. Monday, July 13. On North Higbee Street, north of West Sixth Street, Milford. Drivers: Andres O. Cervantes, 44, South West Point Drive, Warsaw; and Christopher S. Beasey, 44, South CR 600E, Pierceton. Cervantes was behind Beasley’s vehicle and ran into the back of a trailer attached to Beasey’s vehicle. Damages up to $1,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following accidents:

• 10:07 a.m. Monday, July 13. On North Columbia Street, south of West Perry St., Warsaw. Drivers: David J. Kantnwein, 33, First St., Grabill; and Cynthia L. Higham, West Main St., Warsaw. Kantnwein pulled on to Perry street and continued on through an intersection without stopping. He then hit the front right side of Higham’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.
