WARSAW – Warsaw outplayed Chesterton in the second half to claim a 26-16 sectional victory Friday night, giving head coach Phil Jensen the all-time wins record at Warsaw.

WARSAW – At approximately 12:05 p.m. Warsaw First Responders and Lutheran EMS responded to a two vehicle accident at East Center Street and Park Avenue, Warsaw. Both cars sustained front end damage. CLAYPOOL — Multiple crews are responding to reports of a house explosion on South CR 450W near Claypool.

CLAYPOOL — At approximately 12:50 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, Claypool Police, Claypool Fire Department, Lutheran EMS and the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to a rollover on State Road 15 near CR 550 South. One person was taken to Parkview with minor injuries.

MILFORD — Lutheran EMS and the Milford Fire Department are responding to a two vehicle accident at CR 1350N and CR 400W.

WARSAW — Crews are responding to an accident near the Bob Evans restaurant on U.S. 30, Warsaw. One vehicle came around a corner too wide and hit the second vehicle. Officers on the scene suspect that alcohol may have been involved and are investigating further. All passenger and drivers signed off on injuries without treatment.

WARSAW — Lutheran EMS and the Warsaw Fire Department responded to an accident involving a small child and a car at the Shamrock Village Mobile Home Park. The child has been transported to KCH with unknown injuries.

ETNA GREEN — A landing zone for Lutheran Air is being set up near Carolina Carports, 10237 West CR350 N, Etna Green, following a workplace injury that has left one person injured.

WARSAW — The Warsaw Wayne, Pierceton, Washington and Winona Lake Fire Departments and Lutheran EMS responded to an attic fire at 1817 N. CR 400E, Warsaw. Claypool and Leesburg fire services are on standby. There were no injuries.

SYRACUSE — New Paris Fire Department and EMS personnel are responding to a two-car accident on CR 29 and U.S. Highway 6, in Syracuse.

UPDATE: Kosciusko County officials are currently investigating a vehicular traffic crash south of Warsaw that has claimed the life of a North Manchester last night, Saturday, Nov. 28.

MILFORD — Fire and EMS crews located the driver, identified as Amanda Goss, 37, Mentone, who was complaining of neck pain. Also removed from the vehicle was a front seat passenger, identified as Barry White, 39, Kentucky. White also complained of neck pain, and both individuals were subsequently transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, in stable/fair condition.

WARSAW — Emergency personnel are currently responding to reports of an accident located on US 30 in the westbound lane near American table. Pierceton — Emergency personnel are currently responding to an accident located in the area of SR 13 and CR 200N. The accident reportedly involved two vehicles. According to officials at the scene, one individual was transported due to minor injuries to an area hospital.  

MENTONE — One driver has already been airlifted by Samaritan Helicopter to Parkview Hospital, while EMS personnel are awaiting the arrival of a second air ambulance to transport the second driver. SYRACUSE — The driver of a small passenger car was transported to the hospital this morning after colliding with the rear end of a semi truck.
