MENTONE — One driver has already been airlifted by Samaritan Helicopter to Parkview Hospital, while EMS personnel are awaiting the arrival of a second air ambulance to transport the second driver.

The accident is near 8768 W. SR 25.

Drivers are advised SR 25 is temporarily closed between CR 800W and CR 900W until the scene is cleared.

Mentone Fire Department, Burket Fire Department, Mentone EMS and LifeMed ambulance services responded.

The accident is being investigated by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
