The Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office has identified the deceased individual from this morning’s pursuit and shooting incident in the Town of Pierceton. Kosciusko County Coroner Michael Wilson stated Dalen Anthony Ousley, 29, Fort Wayne, was pronounced dead at the scene from what initially appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Emergency personnel responded to a reported shed fire located at 208 East Catholic St., Pierceton. According to Reporter Jarrett Van Meter, the fire began as a result of a minor smoking inside the shed. No animals or individuals were reportedly harmed as a result of the fire.
