Pierceton

Officers with the Pierceton Police Department responded to the following accident:

9:25 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, alley north of East Catholic Street, Pierceton. Drivers: Carroll L. Walton, 82, North CR 650E, Pierceton, and Herbert L. Wheeler, 77, Ross Avenue, Warsaw. Walton was backing out of a parking space behind the Pierceton American Legion and did not see Wheeler passing through the alley. Walton’s car collided with Wheeler’s. Damage up to $10,000.
