NORTH JUDSON – Triton’s girls basketball team won the HNAC title outright Friday night, beating North Judson 38-31.

Three area girls basketball teams are in the thick of conference championship races as the final week of the regular season comes to a close.

BOURBON – Triton won the inaugural Hoosier North Athletic Conference Wrestling Championships, having two individuals also win titles.

CULVER – Tempers flared for Triton during Culver’s 39-35 overtime boys basketball win Friday night.

CULVER – Triton clobbered Culver 66-19 Friday night in girls basketball to claim at least a share of the Hoosier North Athletic Conference crown.

WINAMAC – Bailey Watkins and Baylee McIntire each placed in the top 10 at the HNAC Cross Country Championships.

ELKHART – A preview of this weekend’s cross country conference championships for the Northern Lakes, Hoosier North Athletic and Three Rivers conferences.

KNOX – Triton boys tennis brothers Gavin and Mace Eads were singles champions at the Hoosier North Athletic Conference championships.

KNOX – So far, so good for the Triton Trojans at the first-ever Hoosier North Athletic Conference boys tennis tournament. Triton are just three points behind regular season champion Knox, 42-39, after four of the five courts picked up wins in day one of the tourney.

BOURBON – Triton finished second at Saturday’s Triton Volleyball Invite and third at the inaugural Hoosier North Athletic Conference Girls Golf Championship.
