Topics at the Warsaw Community Schools Board of School Trustees meeting revolved around the COVID-19 pandemic as those present talked about cleaning buildings, keeping students safe and rewarding employees who have put themselves on the front lines.

Fall classes for Warsaw Community Schools are tentatively set to begin at the normal time but will include some level of hybrid arrangements because of the coronavirus.

Warsaw Community Schools’ summer school program will look slightly different this year in order to be in accordance with state guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Indiana Department of Education recently announced that Claypool, Jefferson and Madison Elementary Schools are now certified in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM.)
