COLLIER COUNTY, FLA — Alexander D. Jackson, 24, Milford, was on one year probation when he was arrested Monday, Aug. 1, and subsequently charged with five counts related to the July 27 shooting in North Webster. The probation began Feb. 22, in Collier County, Fla., for a criminal mischief charge, a level 3 felony, which occurred on Marco Island Jan. 10. A battery charge, a misdemeanor, was dismissed.
