Officers of the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 8:47 a.m., Monday, Oct. 2, 1300 block Lakewood Hills Drive, Warsaw. Chad J. Weldy reported fraud.
• 7:34 p.m., Friday, Sept. 29, 900 block Husky Trail, Warsaw. Employees of Community Wide Federal Credit Union reported criminal mischief. Damages: $200.
