CARMEL – Westfield leads the field after the first day of the IHSAA Boys Golf State Finals.

WARSAW – Warsaw’s girls basketball team earned a split at Tuesday’s TCU Lady Tiger Classic, beating Perry Meridian and losing to South Bend St. Joseph’s.

The remainder of the area participants in the IHSAA volleyball state tournament were defeated Saturday in the various class tournaments around the northern half of Indiana.
