MILFORD — Fire and EMS crews located the driver, identified as Amanda Goss, 37, Mentone, who was complaining of neck pain. Also removed from the vehicle was a front seat passenger, identified as Barry White, 39, Kentucky. White also complained of neck pain, and both individuals were subsequently transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, in stable/fair condition.

LEESBURG — Barry E. Long, 59, Leesburg, was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital following a two-vehicle accident at 6:57 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, at SR 15 and Prairie Street, Leesburg. Long complained of pain to the chest. Long was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Robert F. Newman, 50, Cromwell.

WARSAW — Charles A. Hicks, 59, South Mayflower Road, South Bend, was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital, following a one-vehicle accident at 11:50 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5. The accident was on Lake City Highway, west of Anchorage Road, Warsaw.

We spoke to Tony Doyle, manager of operations at Lutheran EMS to get the details of how things are evolving and changing after the acquisition of Multi-Township EMS by Lutheran Health Network.

SILVER LAKE — Joni L. Bowers, 25, East Clark Street, Warsaw, has been upgraded from serious condition to stable condition at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, following a two-vehicle accident at 4:15 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13. The accident was at SR 14 and East CR 100E, east of Silver Lake.

MILFORD — The driver of a 2006 Ford F150, which went off the road early this morning, Friday, Sept. 11, has been arrested. A passenger in his vehicle was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
