As the Fort Wayne Philharmonic had the unpleasant task of canceling Patriotic Pops concerts over the summer, its thoughts turned to those in the community.

SYRACUSE — James E. Caskey, president of the Kenneth and Lela Harkless Foundation, announced $85,500 in grants have been awarded to various organizations within the Syracuse community.
