MERRILLVILLE – Cory Hersha of Whitko won a semistate bowling title Saturday.

LAFAYETTE – Bowlers from Warsaw and Whitko will take place in IHSB regionals this weekend.

Cory Hersha is headed to the State Finals. Hersha, a member of the Whitko bowling team, earned a spot at State last weekend. He qualified with his performance at the semi state in South Bend. The State Finals are set for Saturday in Anderson.

It was a fine day on the lanes for a pair of local bowlers last weekend.
