NORTH WEBSTER — At approximately 5:55 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, emergency personnel responded to a reported barn fire at 6266 North CR 950E, North Webster. No further information is available at this time. Officials stated a press release will be sent out at a later time with additional details.
MILFORD — Around 7 a.m. today Tuesday, Feb. 28, Milford Fire Department was called to a barn fire at 4552 W. 1000N, Milford. A neighbor saw smoke from one of the buildings on the property and called 911.
CLAYPOOL — Early Wednesday morning Winona Lake, Sidney, and Silver Lake fire departments responded to a barn fire at 1388 E. CR 700S, Claypool. The barn was a loss. No injures were reported.

ELKHART COUNTY — A barn fire in Elkhart County killed 10 calves Thursday morning. Firefighters were called to the 22,000 block of CR 40. Authorities say the building was a dairy barn.
