WARSAW — The Warsaw Public Arts Commission is sponsoring a photo contest as part of the Walk-n-Wander exhibit of Seward Johnson sculptures. WARSAW — Walk-n-Wander has returned to downtown Warsaw with 20 all-new sculptures depicting various, lifelike scenes.
