JCAP Benefits

July 24, 2020

I want to encourage everyone to visit the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page to view part one of their three-episode documentary on Kosciusko’s JCAP program.

After the death of George Floyd, there was historic, national consensus that we needed to make sure an episode like it never happens again. The American people took to the streets, sending a message loud and clear – and Congress was listening.

I hope this letter finds you and your family save and healthy. The historic times we’re living shut down the Hoosier State Press Association for a bit, which delayed my writing of thank you letters to legislators.
