Dear Editor, 

Can we please fix our firework ordinance in the city?

I live on the west side of town. From May to August, we have neighbors who set them off anywhere from 6 to midnight almost seven days a week. It’s hard to get to sleep to go to work the next day. Our pets need to be sedated because of people not thinking of others. I totally get holidays – especially the 4th.

Please be kind and think of your neighbors when you set those off every night.
