CARMEL — A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a Carmel man.

The Carmel Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Fuming Li, a 63-year-old Asian male who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Fuming was last seen wearing a blue and black Northface winter coat.

Fuming is missing from Carmel and was last seen at 5 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
