NORTHWOOD 5, WARSAW 0
NorthWood stayed unbeaten in Northern Lakes Conference play with a sweep of host Warsaw Thursday.

Chase Horner held off Hayden Anderson, 6-2, 4-6, 6-1, at 3 singles to complete the sweep. Bryce Harner and Treyton Martin defeated Cole Rhodes and Carter Schuh in a second-set tiebreaker for a 6-3, 7-6(5) victory at 2 doubles.

Jack Wysong and Landon Holland beat Michael Ray and Will Beeson, 6-3, 6-3 at 1 doubles. Wes Troyer topped Caleb Williams, 6-1, 6-2 at 1 singles, and Ben Vincent collected a 6-0, 6-2 win over Hayden Anderson at 3 singles.

The Panthers moved to 6-0 in the NLC and 11-1 overall.

Warsaw’s JV won 7-5 versus its NorthWood counterparts.

WAWASEE 5, ELKHART MEMORIAL 0
Wawasee earned its first Northern Lakes Conference win of the season via a sweep of host Elkhart Memorial on Thursday.

Holden Babb held on for a 7-4 win in the first set at 2 singles on the way to a 7-6(4), 6-1 decision, and Grant Brook and Blaine Baut won a 13-game first set en route to a 7-5, 6-2 victory at 1 doubles. Zach Leedy won, 6-1, 6-2 at 1 singles, and Jack Gibbons did likewise at 3 singles. Colin Rhoades and Zeke Keim won their 2 doubles match, 6-0, 6-4.

The Warriors improved to 5-8 overall and 1-5 in the conference with the win.

Wawasee’s JV also won, 4-2.

TRITON 3, NORTH JUDSON 2
Triton completed its Hoosier North Athletic Conference sweep of North Judson-San Pierre Thursday. The 3-2 win echoed the Trojans’ earlier win over the Bluejays back in August, but both Judson’s lineup and the points aligned differently the second time around.

Connor Large defeated Gavin Alonso, 7-5, 6-4 for Triton’s first match point, and Jared Bules and Tyler Heckaman put away Kyle Burkett and Andrew Attinger 6-0, 6-4 at 1 doubles. Cole McKinney and Chandler Westafer battled back from a first-set loss at 2 doubles to a 5-7, 7-5, 6-4 win over Payton Cox and Kayden Grinder to lift their team to the win.

Triton improved to 8-9 overall and 5-1 in the HNAC.

Triton’s JV fell by a 3-0 margin.

MACONAQUAH 5, TIPPECANOE VALLEY 0
Tippecanoe Valley lost on all courts in a Three Rivers Conference whitewashing by Maconaquah Wednesday.

Dylan Neese took four games at 2 singles but fell, 6-2, 6-2 to Mason Yoars. Russell Paxton and Ethan Hartman won three games at 1 doubles but lost 6-1, 6-2 to Wesley Yoars and Brennan Bailey at 1 doubles.

Valley’s JV lost 3-0.
