Triton Students Share Nano Technology Information With Community

BOURBON — Nano technology how does it effect our Agricultural Community? Honor Biology students at Triton Jr.-Sr. High School presented their Nano projects to community members. Big Thank you to Jayne Ganshorn, Roger Terry, Ken Miller, Sue Jones, plus Paul and Carol Nye for listening to the presentations and providing valuable feedback.

Projects topics included:

  • Using nano particulars to increase crop yield.
  • Make food storage containers keep food fresh longer.
  • Increase nutrient absorption in crops.
  • Removing pesticides from fresh fruit and vegetables without bruising the produce.

The teacher of the class is Mrs. Dawn Slein.
